HOW TO REPORT AN ALLEGATION
Falck Renewables S.p.A. provides a Whistleblowing Portal for everyone (employees, customers, suppliers, business partners, lenders, consultants and contractors) who, in good faith and on the basis of ethical principles of integrity, intends to report an alleged violation of the regulations described below.
Allegations may be filed anonymously.
WHAT TO REPORT
Violations or alleged violations of the following regulations in Falck Renewables S.p.A. and the Italian subsidiaries of the Falck Renewables Group:
- laws, regulations, and measures by oversight, supervisory or regulatory authorities;
- Code of Ethics;
- Organization and management model pursuant to Italian legislative decree no. 231 of 2001;
- internal procedures of the Falck Renewables Group.
The Portal must not be used for business communications (such as commercial complaints).
WHO MANAGES THE ALLEGATION
The task of dealing with allegations is entrusted to the head of the Internal Audit department of Falck Renewables S.p.A.
Falck Renewables S.p.A. is committed to protecting people who report a violation in good faith from intimidation and retaliation.
Access the Portal is managed under a no-log mode to prevent identification of the whistleblower.
PROTECTION OF THE PERSON SUBJECT TO AN ALLEGATION
During the investigation process, the person subject to the allegation will be entitled, in any case, to defend himself/herself in relation to the content of such allegation.
Whistleblowing in bad faith and/or proven to have slanderous or libellous intent will result in action against the whistleblower on the basis of the measures envisaged under the company's disciplinary system and evaluate the possibility of taking appropriate legal action.
